About
The original Capri was a family affair. Immigrating to America from Cosenza with nothing, it was a culmination of our family’s hard work in America. Since 1988, we’ve been cooking honest and authentic Italian cuisine throughout Illinois. Some of the family has since moved on to work on their own, but we maintain that feeling of family here at Capri Sogno.
Capri Sogno in Plainfield is my home now, where we still make all of our original dishes, with our original recipes, the way they were meant to be.
